1. Objectives This program aims to improve cooperation and exchanges with developing countries along Belt and Road. Students can learn experiences and practices of modernization of Chinese governance system and develop abilities of public administration to promote friendly and sustainable development between home country and China. This program cultivates top talents in the area of public administration so as to meet the urgent needs of developing countries realizing their self-development and at the same time, to share China’s experiences and practical strategies. 2. Program Speciality This program innovates a training mode based on the characteristics of government officials of developing countries. It includes 1 year of course learning and half a year of dissertation. The maximum number of students in each class is 30. Each student is allocated to a responsible supervisor. Program courses focus on developing practical abilities to analyze and deal with complicated political, economic, and social issues. The program designs a multidisciplinary curriculum system and practical teaching, which is centered on the Belt and Road initiative. In the framework of comparative study, each course introduces and analyses the development background of China’s Belt and Road, the governance experiences and the established system and facilities. 3.
