Ningxia University

Ningxia Medical University (NXMU) was founded in 1958. It is a higher medical university with a certain influence and popularity among similar colleges in China, which was authorized to enroll international students by Ministry of Education (MOE LIST), and also authorized by China Scholarship Council to cultivate the Chinese government scholarship students. Until now, over 400 international students from more than 60 countries study here.

Eligibility

1. Non-Chinese citizen with valid foreign passport, age under 25.
2. In good physical and mental health.

3. Qualified with a high school degree or above or K12 grade(10+2) or equivalent academic ability; English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths are no less than 65/100.

Program Overview

The Foundation Program for medical students focuses on teaching Chinese courses and bridging courses between senior high school and college, and comprehensively improves Chinese language and communication ability, nature science and cross-cultural communication ability for international students who are willing to apply for undergraduate medical programs in China. This program can help students adapt to Chinese higher education model and learning requirements more easily, and lay a solid foundation for smooth transition from basic courses of senior high school to undergraduate medical program.

Tuition CNY 8000/semester.

Accommodation CNY 2500/semester (double room).
