Ocean University of China

Ocean University of China (OUC) is a comprehensive university with particular strengths in oceanography and fisheries science. We have four campuses. In 2017 OUC was included in China’s plan of building “Double First-Rate” universities, having previously also been on the list of “Project 985” universities (a list of China’s top 40 universities) and “Project 211” institutions (of China’s top 100 universities). It is now the recipient of significant national and provincial support and funding, which supports its bid to become a world class university.

Eligibility

1. Applicants must be a citizen of a countriy other than the People's Republic of China, in good physical and mental health.

2. Applicants should be under 30, hold a high school diploma for bachelor degree program; Applicants should be under 50, hold a bachelor degree for master degree program.

3. Applicants from non-English speaking countries should meet one of the following requirements: IELTS≥5.5, TOFEL≥80, or have certificate of equivalent English proficiency.
