Anhui Agricultural University (AAU), located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, is an institution with a long history and enjoys high prestige in agriculture, forestry and biotics studies, which have now been developed into its featured disciplines. As a jointly-funded university by Anhui Provincial People’s Government, the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and National Forestry and Grassland Administration, AAU is one of first ten Chinese universities approved to construct an "Institute for New Rural Development", a member of National Basic Ability Construction Project of Western and Central China, and a high-level institution with local characteristics sponsored by Anhui Province.

Eligibility

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with passports, and be in good health both physically and mentally.

2. Applicants for bachelor program must be the holders of high school diploma or its equivalence; applicants for master program must be the holders of bachelor degree or its equivalence; applicants for doctoral program must be the holders of master degree or its equivalence.

3. Applicant should hold English proficiency.
