About ZZU

Run by the People’s Government of Henan Province, Zhengzhou University (ZZU) ，located at No.100, Kexuedadao Road, Zhengzhou City, Henan，boasts of a total area of about 939 acres and four campuses. Targeting the whole China for admission, ZZU embraces a wide range of enrollment of over 55, 000 full-time undergraduates, over 15, 000 full-time postgraduates of all kinds and some 1, 800 international students from more than 116 countries and regions. ZZU is on the list of National “211 Project” of key construction universities, and of “One Province, One University” of National Key Support Construction Universities, as well as of co-construction universities by Henan Province and Ministry of Education. In September of 2017, ZZU entered the construction sequence of National World First-class Universities. Standing at this new historic starting line, ZZU decided its location of running school to be comprehensive & research-oriented, and laid down a three-step development strategy, striving to build a world first-class comprehensive research-oriented university by the middle of this century.

Duration & Fees

Medicine courses tuition CNY 39000/year, 2-3 years duration
Science&Engineering courses tuition CNY 32000/year, 2-3 years duration
Economics courses tuition CNY 30000/year, 2-3 years duration
Accommodation CNY 450-1000/month

Qualification

1.Applicants should be a non-Chinese citizen, with the age between 18 and 40, healthy, with non-criminal record.
2.Applicants should have an educational background equal to or above bachelor program graduation or equivalent.
3.Applicants from non-English speaking countries should submit proof of English language proficiency.

Application Materials

1.The photocopy of passport, photo page and China visa page.
2.Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy). An applicant who is a current student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status.
3.Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
4.English language proficiency for those applicants whose mother tongue or official language is not English.
5.Physical examination report. 
6.Non criminal record certificate.
7.Two recommendation letters in English by a professor/an associate professor.
8.Passport sized photo of student
9.Study or research plan written in English.
10.Other documents required by university.
