Chengdu University of Technology

Chengdu University of Technology was originally established on March 15, 1956 with the approval of the State Council. Chengdu University of Technology was established in 2001 with the approval of the Ministry of Education, which was successively under the Ministry of Geology, the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Land and Resources. In September 2017, CDUT was listed as one of the universities for the national initiative of “World-Class Disciplines” construction. With the construction and development over 60 years, CDUT has become a multi-disciplinary polytechnic university, strong in geology, energy, resourcescience, nuclear technology and environment science, and characterized by chemical engineering, materials, electronics, mechanics, information technology and management science. It has the right to grant bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees.
